1. What this is
Turns is a digital ledger you can use to record Susu group activity. By using the app, you agree to these terms.
2. What we are not
We are not a bank. We are not a money transmitter. We are not a lender, a custodian, or a payment processor. We do not hold, send, receive, or insure money on your behalf. Every cedi in your Susu moves between members in person.
3. Your account
You must be eighteen or older. You provide accurate information at signup. You keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens on your account.
4. Susu circles
- You may create a circle if you accept responsibility for managing it.
- You may join a circle only by invitation from its leader.
- Once a circle is locked, you cannot leave it until the cycle ends.
- The ledger records what members confirm. It does not enforce payment.
5. Disputes between members
We are not a referee. If members of your circle disagree, sort it among yourselves the way you would have before the app existed. We can show the record. We cannot rule.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use Turns by EziLink to run a scam, defraud anyone, launder money, or do anything illegal. We will close accounts that do.
7. Service availability
We try to keep the app working. We do not guarantee it will be available every minute of every day. If we go offline, you and your group can still settle in person.
8. Liability
Turns is provided as a tool. We are not liable for losses caused by missed payments, member defaults, social fallouts, or anything else that happens between you and your circle.
9. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we will tell you in the app at least thirty days before the change takes effect.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana. Disputes are resolved in Ghanaian courts.
